Alejandra was such an integral piece in me achieving my absolute dream birth. Because of her I found my voice and will use what she taught me in life, not only in birth! Alejandra gave me such useful tools that I can apply to real life situations such as taking my time to make decisions to allow myself to form a better answer. During birth I felt the most powerful and beautiful I’ve felt in my entire life. Alejandra’s guiding words and touch really made me feel so comfortable and she was able to bring me back to a resting place from the height of contractions. She was completely in sync with me and worked alongside my intuition during labor. I can’t recommend Alejandra enough and if I have more babies I’ll definitely be contacting her and look forward to it. She is such a special woman and I’m beyond blessed to have matched with her as my doula. I’m still on such a high from my birth experience. I miss her!
