Sarah is the best! Our work with Sarah was an incredibly positive experience. Her patience paired with her directness and deep knowledge and love of the birth experience was just what we needed. During pregnancy she was always willing to answer questions and offer professional resources along with personal insight. When we learned that the birth I had been envisioning would not pan out the way that I had hoped due to medical concerns, she helped with the reframe while simultaneouly allowing us to feel all of the feelings. During labor she was an invaluable resource and comfort. She brought calming and steady supportive energy, intervening at just the right time by way of cool compresses, sips of water, etc. My husband appreciated having a knowledgeable nonmedical professional to help calm his anxieties about the birthing process and his role in the delivery room. Sarah's well established working relationships with the various medical staff members were also helpful. Postpartum was no different, as Sarah continued to offer nonjudmental support and encouragement. We love Sarah!
