Susy is an absolutely amazing doula. She took the best possible care of our first baby, and then, a few years later, was there for us again with our second. Over the years, she became so much more than our doula — she became a friend, a trusted guide, and very quickly, a true part of our family.
Susy supported us in every possible way. She gave us invaluable advice, answered every question (and there were many!), and reassured us whenever we felt worried or overwhelmed. Even on the days when she wasn’t physically with us, she would check in and continue to support us. She was there for us both practically and emotionally, and that made an enormous difference during such an intense, exhausting, and vulnerable time.
Her experience and knowledge are truly impressive, but what makes Susy so special is the natural way she connects with a baby and the calm, reassuring presence she brings into a home. She has a wonderful ability to make everything feel a little easier and more manageable. Even on the most exhausting days, she would walk through the door and somehow everyone’s spirits would immediately lift.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had Susy by our side for both of our babies. She gave us not only exceptional care and guidance, but also confidence, reassurance, and so many wonderful memories during those precious early days.
