Hailey Dieter was an incredible joy to work with throughout the entire pregnancy/delivery process! In the hospital, she went above and beyond to create a space I loved and felt comfortable in. The ambiance she created and maintained helped turn our windowless labor room into a calming, enjoyable, effective space! She stayed up with us all through the night and into the early morning during a long and extensive labor. Her presence and knowledge was a huge help to my husband as well as myself.
Throughout it all Haley maintained a positive, uplifting attitude, despite not having slept for 24 hours. Her vast knowledge of position changes and breathing techniques benefitted us greatly. Both my husband and I appreciated Hailey's support and genuinely do not know how we would have gotten through three days of labor without her!
She offered practical advice, emotional support, and a Christ based focus. She was helpful and steady as we talked through unpredicted circumstances. Her knowledge and willingness to continue learning was evident in our discussions. Hailey was overall a positive and encouraging presence. I would (and already have) recommended her to any and all expecting parents!!
