We feel incredibly lucky to have had Susy support our family through the newborn stage twice — first with our daughter, and then again with our son. The fact that we asked her to come back for our second baby probably says everything about how much we trust and value her.

Our daughter and son were very different babies, and Susy never relied on a one-size-fits-all approach. Everything felt thoughtful, intuitive and genuinely tailored to the individual baby.
