We had the pleasure of working with Kay over the course of several months for the birth and postpartum care of our first child this past summer (June 2026). Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience - we found her to be a deeply knowledgeable, caring, and communicative doula.
Leading up to our birth, we appreciated Kay's structured and science-based planning that also left plenty of space for our preferences. During the birth itself, she was with us every step of the way and instrumental in getting through some tough moments. During our postpartum phase, her breadth & depth of knowledge was particularly appreciated since we're both first-time parents that didn't know where to begin. No question was too small and she was patient while we worked through some typical new baby anxieties.
