Rafa provided overnight care for our daughter from when she was 2 weeks to 10 weeks old. Rafa is excellent with newborns. She was trained as a nurse so knows all about newborn development. She is very familiar with newborns' new digestive systems and is very good at calming fussiness. Rafa also started a good habit with my daughter of getting her down to sleep in her bassinet.
As an overnight doula, Rafa helped us parents get quality sleep! I very much looked forward to the nights she was here. Even as a breastfeeding mom, I could get 6-7 hours of sleep with one wake up in the night (at my request) for feeding. Dad could get a full eight hours.
My daughter is 12 weeks now and I strongly believe that Rafa helped set us up for success for baby's first few months.
