My husband and I started working with Camí as our birth doula—who is absolutely amazing, by the way! We learned that she is also a Hypnobabies instructor, and I was immediately interested in signing up for the course. I’ve always wanted to experience hypnotherapy, so I thought, why not incorporate it into our birth?
It’s so evident how genuinely passionate Camí is about her work. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have all the information, tools, and support we need to feel prepared and confident using Hypnobabies for our birth. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, supportive, and truly such a joy to be around.
The Hypnobabies tracks themselves have been so effective for me. The first time I listened to one of the maintenance tracks, I actually fell asleep, and when I was prompted to wake up at the end, I felt incredibly refreshed and relaxed. More than anything, Hypnobabies has helped me feel even more confident and excited about having a natural home birth.
We’re still patiently waiting for our baby boy to make his arrival, but I’m so excited to experience everything we’ve learned and see how Hypnobabies impacts his birth. I’m so grateful to Camí for introducing us to it and for all of the love and support she has given us along the way!
