I came across Ellen through 2 friends who recomemded her services. And it turns out that Ellen was the perfect person to support my birth in January 2026. She has always been so generous with her time for meeting in person and for sending out great resources. Outside the birth, the things that supported me the most were Ellen's deep knowledge of how to physically prepare the body for birth and her understanding of the lactation journey. During the birth Ellen was amazing. She was like another partner. She coached my partners in how to massage my body, when to offer me drink or food. She was deeply attentive to all my unconscious cues. She was deeply impacting yet had such a light touch. She helped my home birth go really smooth, even in the most challenging moments for me she knew how to support me into relaxing and allowing my body to do it's thing. I am forever greatful for how she showed up for my family.
