Shana is incredible! I highly recommend her services to woman desiring a supportive and nurturing doula. I reached out to Shana because I hoped to deliver my third baby as a VBac2. Shana was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. I leaned on her wisdom to help my body best prepare for labor. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, known, and really understood my hopes and fears for this birth. In the hospital room, she advocated for my birth plan. The bathroom in our room did not smell good, and she helped us get into another room. While laboring, she helped keep me calm and focused through each contraction. My husband was so grateful for the way she helped him be a strong support for me while laboring. While I ended up having to get another csection, Shana helped me to understand what the doctor's concerns were and gave me space to ask clarifying questions that I needed in the moment. Shana has a wonderful gift and I am so thankful she was a part of my son's birth.
