During labor, Jennifer was such an important part of my birth experience. She was present, attentive, and supportive throughout my entire labor. She made sure my wishes were being honored from encouraging free movement and providing counter pressure to simply reminding me to drink water and take care of myself.
My birth plan didn’t go exactly the way I had hoped. Even when things took an unexpected turn, Jennifer was there to talk me through everything, help me process what was happening, and make me as comfortable and supported as possible.
While supporting me through labor, she also captured so many beautiful, intimate, raw, and incredibly special moments on camera. She allowed my husband to stay completely present with me while still giving us the gift of being able to look back on those moments and cherish them forever.
When I look back on my birth, I don’t just remember the difficult moments. I remember feeling supported and cared for. I remember knowing that someone was there who genuinely wanted the best for me and my family. Jennifer became such an important part of our birth story, and I will always be grateful that she was there to walk beside us through it.
If you are considering hiring a doula, I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. She would be one of the best choices you could make. If I could do it all over again, there would be absolutely no hesitation I would choose Jennifer every single time.
