We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Nathalia! As first-time parents, she has been an invaluable part of our little team as we learned how to care for our newborn- bringing an incredible amount of knowledge, experience, patience, and thoughtfulness into our home. But beyond that, she's become such a kind, caring, and wonderful friend throughout the postpartum experience. She's always there to listen, reassure us, answer our endless questions, and make these early months feel just a little bit easier.
Every morning, Nathalia leaves us detailed notes about the night, along with thoughtful suggestions for things we could try or products that might help make our baby, and us, more comfortable and better rested. She's constantly thinking about how she can help our whole family, not just during the hours she is with us.
Her kindness also goes so far beyond what we ever could have expected. She brought us flowers and chocolate, and when I casually mentioned that I was going through a dip in my breast milk supply, she showed up with a traditional Brazilian dish known to help support milk production! It was delicious, genuinely helpful, and such a perfect example of who Nathalia is. She listens, she cares, and then she goes out of her way to make you feel looked after.
We cannot recommend Nathalia highly enough. She cares for our daughter with so much warmth and love, while also taking care of us during one of the biggest transitions of our lives. As excited as we are to now have a baby who is sleeping well, we’re genuinely sad that it means we can’t keep Nathalia with us for the next 18 years!
