My experience with Marlene Morris, CD, CHW, Montrice, Midwife Assistant, was truly exceptional. She provided overnight care for me and my newborn on multiple nights, and I could not have asked for a better person to have supporting us during such an important and exhausting time.
Marlene was absolutely wonderful with my newborn. She was attentive, gentle, nurturing, and incredibly knowledgeable. There were many times when I would wake up and realize that my baby had been cared for without me even hearing him cry. He was consistently clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with fresh diapers and feedings throughout the night. Even when he slept beyond his scheduled feeding time, Marlene remained attentive and made sure he was appropriately fed and cared for.
What I appreciated most was the sense of peace and reassurance she provided. Knowing that my baby was in such capable and caring hands allowed me to get the rest I desperately needed and focus on recovering. Marlene treated my baby with genuine love and compassion, while also making sure that my needs as a new mother were considered.
Her professionalism, experience, patience, and nurturing presence truly stood out. I am incredibly grateful for the support she provided and would wholeheartedly recommend Marlene to any mother or family looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate postpartum and newborn care.
