Mariah supported our family both as a birth doula and as a postpartum night doula for 3 months. As a birth doula she was amazing - she coached us through how to push, advocated for both my and my husband's needs during the labor with the hospital staff, and made sure we were both comfortable during the process.
As a night doula, she was always on time and communicated very well if she ever needed to reschedule a night due to attending a birth. She kept our daughter warm, clean, and brought her to and from our bed for nursing. She often wore her in a baby wrap since our newborn (like many babies) wanted constant body contact. Sleep is such a precious commodity those first weeks and months and I think she truly helped us maximize our rest while supporting our breastfeeding goals.
