I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy and birth without Beth. She was one of the greatest gifts during such an important and vulnerable season of my life.

From pregnancy on, Beth brought me an incredible sense of calm, comfort, and reassurance. She always knew exactly what to say, when to encourage me, and when I simply needed someone steady beside me. I never felt judged, rushed, or like any question was too small. She made me feel heard, supported, and so much more confident going into birth.

And then on the day I had my baby, she was everything. She was with me through the entire experience and somehow brought this calm energy into the room that made me feel safe even during the hardest moments. She knew how to support me physically, emotionally, and mentally, and she also knew when to step in and advocate, when to guide, and when to simply be there. Having her by my side brought me so much peace.

There are people who are simply meant to do what they do, and Beth is one of those people. Her presence, compassion, knowledge, and ability to make you feel cared for are so special. She didn’t just feel like my doula. She felt like someone who genuinely cared about me, my baby, and our entire experience.

I will forever be grateful that Beth was part of Brooks’ birth story. When I look back on that day, she is such a meaningful part of what made me feel supported, strong, and cared for. If you are considering having a doula, I cannot recommend Beth enough. I would choose her again a thousand times over.
