Dallas was a huge reason that we had such a positive birthing experience. I honestly didn't want children and was terrified of the birthing process for fear of the pain. God truly worked a miracle in me, and He changed my heart before I got pregnant, but the fear of pain was still present. Once Dallas entered our team, I started having that fear melt away. Dallas was so patient and kind throughout this process, and her Evidence Based Birthing class was so informative and empowering that I knew that I was going to overcome the pain associated with Labor and Delivery.
I labored for 32.5 hours, and Dallas was there the entire time, encouraging me and reminding me of comfort measures. My husband and her switched off to avoid exhaustion. I think I used every comfort measure at least once during L+D, so I'm so grateful for how many resources were provided through Dallas and the EBB course.
