I had such a wonderful experience working with Heidi during my pregnancy. Although my birth ultimately took an unexpected turn and I needed a scheduled C-section, she was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process.
Our prenatal sessions were so valuable and gave me a lot of comfort, preparation, and confidence going into delivery. She was also incredibly generous in offering to be there for me during the surgery, in the hospital afterward, and even at home during the postpartum period. I truly appreciated knowing that she was there and willing to support me every step of the way.
Ultimately, because I had really hoped to have her support during labor and delivery, I decided to defer her services once I learned I would be having a C-section. Even though we didn't get to experience the birth together the way I had originally envisioned, I am so grateful for all of her guidance, kindness, and support leading up to it.
I would absolutely recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring doula. She made me feel supported and prepared, and I am so thankful to have had her in my corner during such an important time in my life.
