We hired Keli as our doula for our baby's birthday at Swedish Issaquah with the midwife group. Her consistent communication throughout the pregnancy as well as her useful shared resources made us feel very supported. I appreciated how she scheduled an extensive home visit at 36 weeks to walk through labor positions and pain management techniques as well as allowed us to borrow her TENs unit. As a first time mom, I was very nervous for all the twist and turns of labor. When my water broke at home, Keli responded right away, and as my labor progressed extremely rapidly, met us at the hospital at the perfect time.

Throughout my labor and delivery process, Keli was an absolute angel. She worked well alongside my nurse and midwife. So much so that you'd think they had all worked together before. After I got an epidural, she assisted in helping position me through multiple different labor positions while pushing. Her advice and coaching through breathwork also helped tremendously. Ultimately, baby's head got stuck in the birth canal and we were given the option of a vacuum assisted delivery or a c section. Keli helped us navigate this decision gracefully, and we decided to go for a c section. She was able to stay by my side throughout the entire c -section which was much appreciated since after our baby was born, my partner had to go attend to him. Keli stayed by my side, reminding me to breathe and giving me gentle touch and massage throughout the c-section.

Keli's expertise and knowledge really stood out to me in the postpartum period. I had a lot of questions and anxiety post c section about the operation. Keli scheduled a call with us to debrief and explain the events to us which really helped me heal mentally from the unexpected procedure. I appreciate her dedication and knowledge and highly recommend her.
