Heather is amazing doula. This was my first birth and I couldn't have done it without her. From our initial meetings to the induction day, she was always available and went above and beyond to take care of me. Heather made me homemade bone broth (!!) which I drank before birth and during labor - it was my savior during birth to have something that wasn't sugary and was nutritious. Heather came the first night of the induction and helped me through painful contractions before the epidural and then stayed with us for at least 12 hours on delivery day. She was always by my side giving massages or counter pressure when my epidural stopped working. She developed an amazing relationship with my husband and they became a powerful tag team getting me through the hardest thing I've ever done! When it came time to push Heather had me in multiple positions and gave me the encouragement to keep going. Could not recommend her more! Anyone would be so lucky to have her by their side.
