Daria is an incredible birth doula and I am so grateful that she was part of my birth care team! My husband and I had two wonderful sessions with Daria prior to birth, in which Daria went through in-depth labor and delivery education, birth planning options, and pain management support tools. I left both sessions feeling very at ease, prepared, and empowered to make decisions around my care and knew that Daria would bring her calming presence and confidence into the delivery room. When I was in labor, Daria coached me and my husband through the worst of my contractions, leading us through different positioning and tactics to manage them. She was the cool, calm, and collected presence we needed!
