Amithyst was a great support for myself and my family during the birth, and after the birth of my second son.
She was able to be with my 5 y.o while I was having my cesarean since they only allowed one support person in the surgery suite. I love that she was very flexible about this and was ready to help Immediately with what I needed.
She listens well and spends time trying to troubleshoot various issues that come up during the postpartum time.
She cooked meals for us during our postpartum time And made six visits to our home To help with meals, Organizing In the house, Dog walking, Babysitting etc. She was a great resource and I don't think I could've done well, without her help during those crucial days after my baby was born. I am forever, grateful and I'm really glad I had a Doula this time around.
