Paola helped us with our newborn for a couple of daytime sessions, and she was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She shared practical tips around feeding, sleep, reducing gassiness and reflux, and improving tummy time, and I appreciated how naturally she cared for our baby while also helping us learn.
What stands out most to me about Paola actually happened before our baby was born. We had an introductory call scheduled on the same day I unexpectedly ended up being induced. I decided to keep the call and, as soon as I explained what was happening, Paola immediately shifted into birth doula mode, calmly talking me through what to expect and sharing advice for the labor ahead. She went above and beyond the scope of what we had scheduled that call for, without hesitation. Her calm, reassuring presence was exactly what I needed in a very unexpected moment, and I think it speaks volumes about the kind of doula she is.
We really enjoyed working with Paola and will happily work with her again.
