We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Maine Doulas. From birth through those overwhelming first weeks at home, every single person we worked with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive.

We had the added stress of a growth-restricted baby that came early, and Natalie helped make the birth go about as smoothly as we ever could have hoped. Once we were home, the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were getting rest, staying calm, and had someone to talk us through the million questions that come with bringing home a newborn.

Breastfeeding in particular was extremely overwhelming for me at first, and their support made such a difference. They helped me establish a schedule and routine that felt manageable and made sure I was comfortable and confident along the way. They also helped us lay a great sleep foundation early on, and our baby is still a fantastic sleeper today!

Beyond all of that, they are incredibly flexible and accommodating. They worked around our schedule, rolled with last-minute changes, and always made us feel like we had someone we could reach out to when we needed help.

We absolutely love Maine Doulas. We’ve already recommended them to several friends who have loved them just as much, and we’ll continue recommending them to anyone having a baby. They were truly an invaluable part of our experience becoming parents.
