We used Loving Hands Doulas for overnight support for several weeks after our baby was born, and we would recommend them to any new parent.
In addition to the care, what stood out most was how the agency handled things when the fit wasn't right. Though the first doula wasn't a good match, Carol took it seriously and had an adjustment made almost immediately. The replacement was a much better fit, and the transition was seamless.
The agency and in particular Carol was wonderfully supportive and responsive to our needs. They were in constant communication, planning ahead and providing support and guidance with our newborn. Carol checked in regularly with real questions about how the baby was sleeping and how mom was doing.
