Heidi was nothing short of fantastic! She was always there to answer any questions I had before, during, and after labor. She provided many helpful tips both hands-on and hands-off during my labor. She helped with both the mental and physical strain that labor is by reassuring me and using different tools. One thing that was specifically helpful was the scarf that went over the door. I had never used one before, but she walked me through it, and it helped SO much. Heidi also taught me different positions to use with the peanut ball that repositioned the baby for an easier delivery. This was my first birth, and I truly could not have had a smoother experience.
