This was my very first pregnancy and birth experience. And I truly don't believe I would have been able to go through pregnancy and labor without her.
Kelly came alongside me more than just a doula. She came alongside me as a friend, mentor, and confidant through the whole experience. She advocated for me when needed, and gave me encouragement and strength to advocate for myself. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we had every resource available to us, gave us great education tools about birth and postpartum, and surrounded me and my family in compassion, love, and strength when we needed it most.
Labor was specially challenging and posed stress and anxiety for my family and Kelly wasn't just focused on my needs but those in the room and for that words will never be enough to thank her for her heart.
Kelly is the epitome of what every doula should embody. She is a major part of our birth story and life and our daughter was able to arrive surrounded by support, and love. Thank you Kelly for everything.
