I hired Chris for four weeks (July-Aug 2026), to start immediately after returning home from a planned c section. Hiring her is one of the best decisions my husband and I made as we transitioned into being new parents. We never grew up around babies so neither of us knew what to do once the baby arrived.
Chris made sure I stayed well nourished and hydrated with her amazing cooking, and having her around made it so I could prioritize my rest and healing while being rest assured the baby was in good hands. She has been a wealth of knowledge and guided my husband and I while we gained our footing as new parents.
If you’re looking for a post partum doula, I highly recommend Chris! She is knowledgeable, flexible, even keeled, and a pleasure to work with, on top of being a fantastic cook.
