Heidi was an amazing doula! From the very start, she prioritized getting to know me and my family through a home visit and online visits. She took time to answer every one of my questions and concerns at depth. She immediately responded when I went into labor and walked me through the process. She was especially helpful to my husband and helped him understand what to expect and how to support me through labor. When my labor took an unexpected turn, Heidi helped me transfer from a birthing center to the hospital and was always close by to support. She helped me position my body to better support the baby moving into position for delivery. She included my mom in the delivery process which meant so much. And she stayed afterwards until we were ready to say goodbye. So so thankful we had Heidi's support through the experience of meeting our first child.
