I can’t say enough wonderful things about Natasha and the support she gave me throughout my pregnancy and birth. From the very beginning, she consistently checked in on me, listened to my wants and concerns, and made sure she understood the kind of labor and delivery experience I hoped to have.
When it came time to deliver, she was an incredible advocate for me. She made sure my wishes were heard and that everything we had discussed was sought after. Her presence gave me so much reassurance and helped me feel supported and empowered throughout the entire process.
She also helped me tremendously in processing the pain of labor. Honestly, I don’t think I would have made it to 8 cm unmedicated without her! Even when I ultimately decided to get an epidural—which was not part of our original birth plan—she never made me feel like I had failed or that I had done anything wrong. She was completely supportive, encouraging, and reassuring every step of the way.
I am so grateful to have had someone who not only supported my birth plan but supported me whatever that looked like in the moment. She helped me feel heard, advocated for, encouraged, and never alone. I truly believe her support made such a huge difference in my birth experience, and I would absolutely recommend her to any expecting mother!
