This time around, I was determined to have an unmedicated birth after not being able to have one with my first pregnancy. Jess was incredibly encouraging and supportive of that goal every step of the way.
What truly stood out to me, though, was how calm and knowledgeable she was when things took an unexpected turn. I ended up delivering my daughter in the parking deck of the hospital, and Jess never hesitated. She immediately took charge, stayed calm, and confidently directed everyone around her on what needed to be done.
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have by my side through both of my pregnancies. Jess is compassionate, encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the families she supports. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula!
