I can't recommend Alex highly enough! I felt comfortable with her from day one & that ease never went away. She supported us in more ways post partum than I could have imagined. From helping with the baby, providing lactation advise, helping me heal, to everything around the apartment, she was always willing to jump in wherever needed. From cleaning bottles & pump parts, making absolutely incredible healing foods like homemade bone broth, miso soup, lactation cookies, dumplings & so much more - she is an amazing cook! To laundry, organizing & beyond. On top of the hands on help - she was an amazing sounding board - answering lactation questions, processing the birth, helping us work through sleeping & feeding schedule questions as they came up and so much more. Alex was an amazing resource for us as first time parents & I truly just loved having her around! She was so easy to communicate with & schedule our sessions. Having her in our home during those early weeks made an enormous difference & I am so grateful for everything she did for us!
