Not only did she handle the regular night duties, but she also taught us a lot about caring for a baby which was very helpful as first time parents. Her visit to the house before the baby arrived was also very helpful for our planning and purchasing of items.
Paola is super knowledgeable about babies—she actually noticed our baby’s reflux before we even realized what was going on. She gave us a simple daily schedule to help manage it and showed us the ropes on things like baths, infant massage, and soothing techniques that made a big difference.
She was also incredibly flexible with scheduling and was happy to add extra days whenever we needed the extra hands. On top of everything, she’s just really kind and easy to talk to. We're so glad we had her support!
