I would definitely recommend midwifery care and a doula to anyone who asks. We learned a lot more about the perinatal process compared to my last pregnancy. I appreciated the attention to detail and the open communication when I needed it.I had a tough pregnancy and a tough birth experience. Nothing went as planned but I am grateful that I had Lydia to keep me accountable and educated throughout the process. I'm healthy and so is my baby and that is the greatest blessing.
