I am so incredibly grateful to have had Esmeralda as the doula for my birth. She truly walked alongside me in my goal of having an unmedicated birth and supported me every step of the way, offering a wide range of pain management techniques—many of which I had not experienced during my first labor. She was also excellent at guiding me into proper positions as my pregnancy progressed.
What made her support especially meaningful was the way she encouraged and honored my Catholic faith throughout labor. In such an intense moment, having someone who understood how important my faith was to me and encouraged me to lean into it was incredibly special.
She was also a wonderful advocate for both my husband and I when we were at our most vulnerable. She motivated me when I needed encouragement and nurtured me with so much love, patience, and compassion. Her presence felt like having a trusted friend by my side.
I truly cannot imagine going through another labor without her. She was an incredible source of strength and comfort, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate doula.
