Jess was a tremendous help after the birth of my son. I had a complicated labor that required extra time for my body to heal. Jess would come over a few times a week, either in the early morning or later at night, and take care of my baby while my spouse and I were able to catch a few hours of uninterrupted sleep. She also did small tasks around the house, including walking the dog, as well as batch food preparation. I don't know what we would have done without her, as the sleep deprivation of those first few weeks was unreal. I highly recommend Jess to anyone who is in need of a doula as she is very reliable, kind, and empathetic.
