During labor, she continuously helped position and reposition my body using different techniques to encourage my baby to rotate into a better position and descend. When contractions became most intense, she provided counter-pressure and massage that brought tremendous relief. During the pushing stage, she suggested different pushing positions based on my progress and used warm compresses to help protect my perineum. Her expertise, calm guidance, and constant support played a huge role in helping me achieve a vaginal birth.
Most importantly, Aneke is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Every time we encountered a challenge during labor or breastfeeding, she always had thoughtful and effective solutions.
