She has such a warm and easygoing demeanor that put us at ease from the jump and allowed us to fully take advantage of sleeping as much as we could on the nights that she was here. She was able to support both me (the birthing parent) and my husband as we navigated the ups and downs of having a newborn and a 3-year-old and was always incredibly professional and conscientious.
