I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Christa and the support she provided throughout my pregnancy and birth. Having her as our doula was one of the best decisions we made.
From the beginning, Christa made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She took the time to understand what I wanted for my birth while also helping me feel prepared for the unexpected. She brought such a calm, reassuring presence and an incredible amount of knowledge and experience.
During my labour and birth, Christa was absolutely invaluable. She seemed to know when I needed encouragement, when I needed reassurance, and when I simply needed someone calm and steady beside me. She supported not only me, but also my partner, and worked so naturally alongside our medical team. I never felt like she was trying to take over the experience; instead, she helped us feel more confident and supported in making it our own.
Birth is such an incredibly vulnerable and emotional experience, and I am so grateful that Christa was part of ours. Her kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care made such a difference in how I experienced the birth of our baby.
Looking back, I honestly cannot imagine going through the experience without her. If you are considering having a doula, I wholeheartedly recommend Christa. She is exactly the kind of person you want beside you during one of the biggest moments of your life. We will always be incredibly grateful for the role she played in bringing our little one into the world.
