We feel incredibly lucky that we found Nadine to help us during the first six weeks with our newborn. As first-time parents, those early weeks were filled with so many questions and having someone as knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring as her by our side made such a huge difference.
From our very first video call to our last night together, she was professional, dependable, and incredibly kind. She had such a calm confidence that immediately put us at ease, but what we appreciated most was how much she respected us as the parents. She always made it clear that she would do whatever we wanted and follow our preferences, while also being there to offer her professional advice whenever we wanted her perspective.
She taught us so much during those first few weeks, including how to change diapers, bathe our baby, burp him, take his temperature, soothe him, and so many other little things that we probably wouldn't have figured out nearly as quickly on our own. More than anything, she helped us feel like we were actually capable of doing this whole parenting thing. That confidence was incredibly valuable to us.
She was also so flexible and accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated as new parents trying to figure everything out day by day. Knowing that she was coming in at night gave us a sense of comfort and peace of mind during a time when everything else felt so new and overwhelming. We call her our night angel!
Looking back, we honestly don't know how we would have gotten through those first six weeks without her. We are so grateful for the care she gave our baby and for the support and confidence she gave us as parents. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any expecting or new parents. We truly couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through those first weeks.
