Danielle was an incredible birth doula, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better support person throughout my pregnancy and labor.
During my pregnancy, she was always there to answer my questions and help me feel prepared. She guided me on what questions to ask during my OB appointments and patiently addressed every concern I had. When I was worried that my planned vaginal birth might end in a C-section, she reassured me and gave me the confidence to trust the process.
When I found out I was going to be induced, Danielle called me ahead of time and walked me through every step of what to expect. That conversation brought me so much peace of mind and helped me go into labor feeling calm instead of anxious.
On the day I gave birth, she never left my side. She helped me adjust my positions based on my baby’s movements, constantly encouraged me, captured precious photos that I’ll treasure forever, and paid close attention to how I was progressing. She even recognized when I was ready to push and advocated for me by letting the nurses know. Thanks to her guidance and support, I pushed for just one hour before welcoming my baby into the world.
Throughout my entire birth experience, Danielle made me feel strong, capable, and empowered. She helped me discover the incredible strength of women and transformed what could have been a frightening experience into one of the most empowering moments of my life. I will always be grateful for her compassion, knowledge, and unwavering support.
