During prenatal appointments, she gave us such good things to think about while building our birth preferences. Kira was super resourceful part of my brith prep. along with how she helped up in planning for postpartum.

Having a doula with a shared perspective on faith was really important to me. I specifically sought out a Christian/Catholic doula to have someone in my birth team who understood the mental prayer and mindset preparation.
Her birth support with was incredible. Kira's approach to offering suggestions, comfort measures, and being the one to quietly do all the things behind the scenes to keep you hydrated, moving, and breathing were exactly what I needed. She is great at helping you feel empowered when you need it and giving you time and space for your to work through contractions and try to relax. I felt like she knows when to step in and when to observe. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kira. Highly recommended.
