Tyqasia helped us out overnight with our twins while we were still wanting extra help and our regular doula was on vacation. I was so happy she was able to step in to spread around the lack of sleep! She was up for the challenge, willing to learn what we had been doing, bring her own experiences of comforting babies etc. and took great care of our girls to help us get a good chunk of continuous sleep ?? Chatting with her each morning was also great to see how things went, learn what things she tried that might work well for us too and also share what we have noticed to help her next night hopefully be a little easier. I appreciate she always washed hands when she arrived which I'm not always great at reminding visitors of and she jumped right in with helping us soothe the babies for their first stretch of nighttime sleep. Tyqasia also asked great questions to help me remember all the things I needed to make sure she knew so everyone could be set up for success which was super helpful for this very tired and forgetful mom!
