This was my first pregnancy & I my husband felt more safe me giving birth at a hospital, so as a compromise I agreed but having a doula was my requirement if I was going to give birth there. That's when we found Lindzee! Upon first meeting her she had such amazing, strong & positive energy I knew this is the kind of personality I'd need as support when giving birth. Through my pregnancy she would touch base with me ensuring I was feeling good & getting my birth plan together. In preparation for my birth a few weeks before my baby arrived, she provided me information & a schedule to follow to get ready for this major event which I loved because it was an easy way to do my best to prepare for something that I was excited for but also a smidge nervous for. Once at the hospital my birthing experience did not at all go according to plan of my birth plan but yet Lindzee was absolutely GREAT support!! I had to be induced & while waiting for active labor to begin Lindzee was ensuring we were ok & when we'd have questions as to what the nurses & doctors were telling us we'd FaceTime her & she'd help explain to us our options so that we could do our best to stay close to my birth plan. It got to the point where at the very end of my birth the doctor walked out of the room because her & I were not agreeing on something of how I wanted to give birth but Lindzee was my stronghold & exactly what I needed she supported me to make my decision I felt most safest with & I was able to still give birth how I wanted in the end & I am forever grateful to her & how she showed up for me & my husband in that high tense moment. I HIGHLY recommend Lindzee for her doula services. I look back on my birthing experience & am SO glad I had Lindzee as my doula. Thank you so much Lindzee!! ♥?
