We met Rachael when we got to the hospital when I was in labor! Our main doula couldn't make it, so Rachael stepped in. She was so calm and we felt comfortable right away, despite meeting her in the midst of labor. She brought a very peaceful presence to the room and was very helpful in the hour after birth as well, with helping initiate breastfeeding and talking through what just happened and what to expect next!
