Mel was our nighttime doula, and she is absolutely wonderful! She's caring and gentle, took great care of our baby, and helped mom and dad get plenty of rest during the very first month. We felt so relieved whenever she was with us, finally able to sleep through the night. We felt incredibly calm whenever she was at home, she has that calming magic, and no wonder our baby felt so safe and comfortable with her. She taught us how to soothe our baby, how to bathe him and make him comfortable, how to feed him, and so much more. She showed us many tricks to calm him down, the shusher, the recliner, and more. She also met us the day we got home to help us get settled. When we needed more help because dad fell sick, she stepped up and helped us bridge the gap until we found our nanny.
