We had high expectations because of her great reviews, and she somehow beat them with her kindness, cheerfulness, considerateness, and genuine love for us and for her job.
As first-time parents we were struggling a lot, and Katherine met us the very first day to help us get settled, so we never felt alone. We feel great whenever she's around. Her presence alone makes the whole house feel calmer and lighter. Every morning when she greeted us with her warm smile, we honestly felt saved. She sang to our baby, did baby exercises with him, and taught us everything: bathing, swaddling, babywearing, feeding, soothing, what to eat, what to do. She cooked amazing Chinese, Indian, and Thai food, and healthy and delicious pies and cakes. She even brought us fresh vegetables from her own garden and invited us to her neighborhood event!
She took great care of mom and dad too, both mentally and physically, with massage, chats, and genuine care and love. When my wife was hospitalized with endometritis, we felt completely disoriented. I couldn't take care of both mom and baby at the same time, and we didn't want to bring our newborn to the ER. Katherine stayed with our baby the entire night until my wife was stable. I cannot imagine how we could have survived this without her help. She also took great care of me when I broke down after weeks of sleep deprivation. She's absolutely irreplaceable! We'd love to have her again and wholeheartedly recommend her to every family.
