I have three littles and had the pleasure of working with Kristen for our last baby. I was on the fence about whether or not I needed a doula… I had obviously given birth before (one medicated and one without) and my husband had completed the Bradley Method course.
We decided to go for it and Kristen was highly recommended by some of our friends.

Kristen was a wealth of unbiased information and data, gave consistent pros and cons lists of all my potential decisions , emotional support, lightening fast responses to all of my texts, home visits with me and my husband with reading material and references… That was all before the delivery.
During delivery she was amazing. She set up our room with fairy lights, she documented every single thing that happened (I would have absolutely otherwise forgotten!), she took pictures, she helped me make some very important decisions in the moment, she reminded me of my goals, she was a perfect cheerleader yet was also somehow completely behind the scenes.
I could keep going but simply said: Kristen would be wonderful for any mom, first time or having her fifth. Her support is the gift you and your family deserve to give yourselves.
