Earlier this year I took a prenatal yoga class in my neighborhood and met the person who would make giving birth less scary. Sophia is so knowledgeable and patient, my husband and I didn’t know what to expect when the time came to give birth. Sophia sat with us several times before my due date and walked us through everything and when they weren’t teaching us in person.. they were available through text message.
When the day came to deliver our son, Sophia was my saving grace. Sophia was there with us FOR HOURS, supporting and caring for my every need. I wouldn’t have been able to het through it without them, my husband and I are forever grateful.
