I am so thankful to have had Harmony as my doula through my first pregnancy/birth. Harmony is so kind, generous and has such an uplifting and positive demeanor that instantly made me feel at ease. I remember our first phone call in my early pregnancy - it immediately felt like I was talking to a friend. Her support made a world of a difference in helping my partner and I feel prepared for birth and beyond. Her birth class was very informative and provided us with a lot of knowledge and tools that left us feeling equipped with a greater understanding of the birthing process and the various comfort measures to utilize throughout it. With my labor taking a few unexpected twists and turns, Harmony was there every step of the way, constantly communicating with me and helping me understand my options. Having her present during labor and delivery was a huge benefit - I could not have navigated everything without her steady support and calming presence. She also guided me through movement to get baby in a better position which proved to be successful. We are so glad we made the investment in having Harmony as our doula! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is expecting.
