I had an incredible experience working with Lindsey. From the moment she walked into our house, I felt comfortable and at ease with her. She has a very caring and calm energy which is exactly what I needed postpartum. We worked with her during the day, and she helped a ton with cooking and meal prep, helped me with some early postpartum care for myself, bathing our son, and newborn care tips that I had forgotten since having my first. She also showed me how to safely and comfortably baby wear which has been so helpful. I was also able to get a few workouts in on the days she was here which did wonders for my mental health. And when my toddler was around, he really enjoyed chatting with her and interacting. I really cannot recommend Lindsey enough. I felt so cared for and supported during the very challenging and exhausting early postpartum period.
